Η πορκέτα παρασκευάζεται από φρέσκο χοιρινό κρέας (πανσέτα και μπριζόλα) με αρωματικά βότανα και σιγοψήνεται στον ξυλόφουρνο.
Cooking Instructions
Η πορκέτα μπορεί να θερμανθεί είτε σε φούρνο μικροκυμάτων (5min) είτε σε προθερμασμένο οικιακό φούρνο (10-15 min 180°C). Μπορεί να καταναλωθεί και κρύα.
Storage
Store at temperatures between 0°C and 4°C. Once opened, consume within 7 days.
