Description

Traditional Cretan sausage in natural casing, naturally smoked with beech wood. It contains fresh coarsely chopped pork meat, vinegar, cooking salt, and spices.

A traditional recipe from our ancestors that we have kept alive for four generations, and the first product of our charcuterie!

Cooking Instructions

The product is cooked on the grill, over charcoal, or in a preheated pan with minimal oil for 10 minutes. It cooks much better if sliced into rounds.

Storage

Store at temperatures between 0°C and 4°C. Once opened, consume within 8 days.
